Arcotrust is a Real Estate business in El Cotillo and is run by a couple from Belgium. You can come to us for advice concerning the buying, selling and renting of apartments, houses, commercial premises and plots of land, without being under any obligation. With our knowledge, we will try to make a difference in the Real Estate business in the Canaries. The properties we have available are mainly in the northern half of Fuerteventura till Antigua.
Buying and Selling :
If you are looking to buy we can find properties that match your requirements. We deliberately keep the number of properties we offer on our website limited. So if you are interested in a property that´s not on our website, please don´t hesitate to get in touch with us if you want us to act for you. If you are looking to sell we have a large database of customers who are looking for specific types of property.
We get all properties in our portefolio straight from the owner, so we can obtain the best price for the buyer. As there are no addition intermediaries, there is no unnecessary extra commision, which in the end is best for everyone.
If you see a property we offer somewhere else for a lower price, please tell us. We will make enquiries with the owner and, when possible, adjust the price. When there is any doubt about the price, a registered valuer can be asked to provide a valuation.
We will guide you through the paperwork and will be at your side with every step, after you have purchased the property, as well as during the purchasing process. If you wish we can introduce you to experienced lawyers and/or notaries.
Rentals:
As far as rentals are concerned we limit our dealings to commercial properties and long term rentals (with a minimum of 6 months). You won´t find details about this on our website because our rental portfolio changes very frequently. Please get in touch with us for the most recent information.
As for short term rentals (with a minimum of 1 week), we can introduce you to people who specialize in this area.
