By Tuesday, AENA confirmed that they had relocated to other airlines at least 1138 passengers. AENA has insisted that passengers have to purchase a new ticket and then apply for a refund of fees paid, sending an email to vuelosrescateSPANAIR @ aena.es within 15 calendar days from January 30.
